PooPee Holdings, Grate 12 Trust — Annual Report, filed under protest

The Annual Report

Seventeen ponds with no water reported one very good year. The prosecutors call it evidence. The Chairfrog calls it a highlight reel. Either way, here are the numbers he swears aren't his.

Fiscal Year 69 — dusk to dusk, the wet season and the dry

A Letter From the Chairfrog

To the shareholders, the subpoena-servers, and the one accountant still answering his mail —

It was a strong year. It is always a strong year. That is the first thing you learn running seventeen companies that don't exist: the books only go one direction, because the frog who keeps them only knows the one. Up. Ask my brother across the water how his clean year went. He filed on time, paid what he owed, and has nothing to report but a clear conscience and an empty pond. I'll take the pond.

This report exists because a reporter asked for it and my lawyer begged me not to give it. So naturally I'm giving it. Every fly in here came in through the tongue-press — the laundromat that takes a dirty fly in one door and hands it back pressed, folded, and owned by a cousin nobody can find. Seventeen ponds billing each other for consulting until the last one billed itself, and somewhere in that circle the swamp's money became mine. That's not laundering. That's an ecosystem.

You'll find a losses column further down. Don't get excited. It's a drawing. I have never lost a fly I couldn't blame on a cousin, and I do not intend to start the year I finally put it in writing. The auditor's note is real, though — as real as anything that toad has ever signed, which is to say he initialed it from the property room with a borrowed pen and left before I could ask whose.

In closing: the empire grew, the ponds stayed dry, and every fly is accounted for exactly once — one more time than the law can prove. If you counted an eighteenth company anywhere in this filing, you counted wrong, and you're invited to go fishing in the islands until the number feels right again.

Yours in perpetual good standing and pending indictment,

PooPee

Chairfrog & Sole Beneficial Owner, PooPee Holdings

The Losses Column

Required by the Registry of Ponds & Shells to be included in every filing. The Chairfrog complied to the letter.

Auditor requested a figure. The Chairfrog submitted a laughing toad and considered the matter closed. Losses this year: none he'll admit to, none a cousin can't be blamed for.

Segment Contribution — The Seventeen Ponds

Earnings by business segment, each one a shell pondcompany on the registry. The parent trust owns the other sixteen, owns nothing, and answers to a single frog under a rusted sewer-grate.

PooPee Holdings' Annual Report is a work of parody. There is no company, no fly, no pond, and no auditor — only a frog, a drawing of a laughing toad, and a swamp that keeps buying the paper. Every figure herein is invented, every subsidiary is fictional, and any resemblance to an actual corporate filing is a compliment the filing did not earn. No investment, no returns, nothing for sale — just the legend.

Next Year's Numbers Break on the Feed

You've read the year the ponds stayed dry and the flies came in anyway. The next filing won't wait for the registry — the Chairfrog reports his best scores to the swamp before he reports them to anyone with a subpoena. Follow PooPee on X for the earnings the auditor never gets to see.
